Special Order LOVE Bullet Necklace

The fabulous writer Cat Stahl {the one who wrote about LOVE bullets in the Reno Gazzette-Journal!} asked if I could make a necklace out of one of the 21 gun salute of her Father's funeral, who was in the Army. I was honored to turn that memento into something she can wear and love.

The Gun Show

You wouldn't think I'd be found at the gun show on a Saturday morning....but you'd be so so wrong!  I got up early, got coffee and headed to the Reno Gun Show and bought some new ammo for my love bullet necklaces! It was so fun to wander around and see all the huge guns and I even found a pink one :)

G is for Grateful...

These past few weeks in Arizona, I've had a lot to be grateful for. So it's so fitting that this morning at breakfast with my Mom and Aunt, this ring literally fell out of my Mom's purse and right in front of me...leaving me to try it on and keep it {it was originally my sister's...thanks sissy!} and now I can wear it {in this post as a thumb ring} and have a constant reminder to keep in mind what I've learned here. Thanks so much to my family for being so loving and understanding on this visit and always.
